Alinde Quinte Captivates Audience at Profesní dům

The penultimate concert of the chamber cycle featured the Alinde Quinte ensemble, winner of the ARD Munich 2024 competition, which captivated the sold-out Baroque Refectory at Profesní dům on Monday, May 26th. In addition to works by Giuseppe Verdi, August Klughardt, and Jørgen Jersild, the audience enjoyed the Czech premiere of Esa-Pekka Salonen's "Memoria," in which we utilized the sounds of the alto flute, English horn, and contrabassoon as part of the 31st chamber cycle's leitmotif, "other instruments."
